Even though I'm a great great fan of belgian lambic, I had a not so great experience with this 'Champagne of beer'!During my latest visit to Belgium I went with some friends to one of the old traditional lambic cafes in Payottenland. Here we were served very young lambic (tasted like it was only a couple weeks old.....!). The fluid substance was very grainy and tasted something like thin orange juice mixed with mash.....!
