Mikkel(ler) trip to Belgium february 2007

I just returned from a great trip to Belgium with Peter (helper at Ølbutikken) to brew a new Mikkeller beer at the Proef Brouwerij and meet up with the great Struise Brouwers (picture(l-r): Carlo, Urbain and Phil) to sample the first test batches of a future Struise/Mikkeller beer, which will be a crossing between a strong belgien blond Struise style and an IIPA Mikkeller style!! More on this great trip later....!! :-) (Click picture)
