Creation of X Hop Juice 2007 IBU

This it what it looked like when I this weekend created our hop-experiement 'X Hop Juice 2007 IBU' for the annual beerfestival in Valby Hallen, Copenhagen, Denmark. The beer has a theoretical IBU (international Bittering Units) of 2007...!!! Possibly the hoppiest beer ever made (??) (Click picture)
